Glen Lyn Gorge

It's easy to miss the Glen Lyn Gorge but walk up the river and turn right at the road bridge and you're there. Unlike Watersmeet, there's a charge to walk up the ravine to the little hydro electric site at the top. |more things to do| 

Glen Lyn Gorge is run by the sort of people who worry about global warming and believe it can be cured by hydoelectric dams and wind farms. Nevertheless the story of the devastating 1952 flood, exhibition, waterwheel and hydro pumps are interesting.
