Parham House & GardensParham House dates from 1577 but was extensively, and tastefully, restored in the 20th century.
It's not quite large enough to be a stately home, yet is very grand for a private house with
an impressive long gallery on the top floor and fine artworks and furnishings throughout.
In 1928 the owner built a wendy house in the garden. It looks like a normal little house until you get close and realise it's not full size. It's still in use: the family who live at Parham still spend one night a year in it. Try the brick maze: it's a lot trickier than it looks! Parham is a nice place to spend an afternoon. |map| |next attraction| |
